This 5K fun run/walk benefitting BEDS Plus is a great way to start your Fall racing schedule.   The race starts and finishes in front of the beautiful Emmanuel Church and is a scenic tour of the La Grange historic district you don’t want to miss!  The race is USATF certified and chip timed.  Register soon, the first 500 registrants will receive a tech tee in their goody bag!  NEW THIS YEAR:  A 1K FUN RUN FOR KIDS 9 AND UNDER!
