Cupcake Classic 5K

8:00 am
67th Street at McCollum Park North-East Side of Park, Behind Fire Department Downers Grove, IL

The Cupcake Classic is a Kids One-Mile run, and a 5K run (or walk for those that just want to stroll through this beautiful Downers Grove neighborhood) to raise money for the Noah's Hope Batten Disease Research Fund. It is a timed event which starts near Blackstone Drive and 67th Street, and takes participants through the surrounding neighborhood of Downers Grove.
The Cupcake Classic is the area's largest birthday party celebrating Noah and Laine, and our fight to cure Batten Disease. All Kids One-Mile and 5K registered participants will receive a birthday cupcake as they cross the finish line.

After the event, celebrate with your family and friends at the post-race festivities on the North-East grounds of McCollum Park, behind the Fire Station. Ronald McDonald will join in the celebration, along with face painters and balloon artists.
Noah's Hope was developed by the VanHoutan family of Downers Grove to raise money to find treatment and a cure for Batten Disease. Two of the VanHoutan children are suffering from this terminal disease in which there currently is not a cure.

Run for Noah and Laine and support the Noah's Hope Fund. "Every Childhood Disease Deserves a Cure."
