CommunityHealth, founded in 1993, is one of the largest volunteer-based free health centers in the nation. We deliver integrated, high-quality, customized care at no charge to low-income, uninsured adults in need of a medical home.

Your support enables CommunityHealth to provide primary and specialty care, dental care, prescription medications, lab testing, mental health services, and health education classes for free. For every $1.00 donated, we provde an average of $7.00 worth of health care services and medications. Access to primary and specialty care is critical for preventing and managing chronic illnesses, and preventing emergencies.
